This set-up overview of the Jumping Jack Trailer is provided only as a guide, and is not intended as a substitute to Jumping Jack's Tent Setup and Take Down Instructions provided at time of purchase.
1. Tow Trailer to level surface. It is more important that the trailer be level from side to side than fore and aft, as the tongue can be raised and lowered to accommodate for variation
2. Take swivel jack to its vertical position and separate trailer from tow vehicle
3. Lower rear stabilizer jack, and drop extension to ground level. Using the swivel jack, raise the front of the trailer to level.
4. Pull the pins from the side of the tailgate and lower the tailgate to the horizontal position.
5. If you are going to use the front gate as a table, remove it from the draw bar and screw in the optional leg kit.
6. Remove the security bolts from the front of the bed wings and store them securely.
7. Open the trailer wings by grabbing them at the top rung and flipping the wing over to the opposing horizontal position
8. Unzip the outer storage bag and roll it end over end until it can be flipped over the front of the trailer and rested on the drawbar.
9. Unfold the two tent side out against the bed support wings.

10. Grasp the tension bar and lift it towards the chest while standing on the tailgate.

Note: The door and the front two windows should always be left open to allow the tent to pop-up (prevents a negative air pressure seal)

11. As you stand on the tailgate and lift up, then pull back and step off of the tailgate which will "pop" up the back of the tent.
12. Stand back up on the tailgate, lifting the tent top up. With the other hand pull the support bar inside the tent into place.

13. Secure the sides of the tent to the bed supports with the incorporated tension straps
14. Place single bed cushion in position
15. Place main cushion of double bed (if equipped) into position.
16. Raise the bed frame extension into place. The bed frame locks onto the trailer sides.
17. Place smaller cushion on frame extension and secure with Velcro.
18. Lift table into position and lock in place.
